The responsibility of leadership

Demolition, reconstruction and safe transition are the key and difficult tasks of our park in 20 14. To this end, I led the team members to hold meetings for many times to study the plan, clarify the responsibilities, work in a safe and orderly manner, ensure the safe use of the new park, and successfully complete the relocation, demolition and transformation of the kindergarten and the creation of the new park. The Party branch of our garden has carried out activities such as "double entry", party member entering the community and learning from Lei Feng's voluntary service. I have led the team members into the classroom many times to guide the teaching activities. Focusing on how to give full play to party member's role and serve the masses, our garden conducted a questionnaire survey, and classified the opinions 15 1, all of which were rectified. In order to improve teachers' professional ability and promote professional growth. Our park successfully held the xx Young Teachers Talent Competition; Teachers have participated in more than 80 trainings. Among them, 1 person was awarded as "excellent teacher in Hefei"; 2 people were rated as "Excellent party member"; Three people won the title of "Excellent Educator and Excellent Teacher in Chaohu City"; 5 people won the "party member Xianfeng Gang"; More than 40 people have won many awards in national, provincial and municipal trainings and competitions. The original dance "Beauty of Chaohu Lake" won the special prize of the second xx Campus Art Festival in Hefei, and participated in the recording of the National Community Network Spring Festival Evening held by Nanchao Street Community of Hefei TV Station. Our park also won the title of "Advanced Unit of Quality Education" in the province.

Second, the main problems and reasons

1. Insufficient guidance for the Zhongmiao Escrow Garden. Due to the heavy task of rebuilding kindergartens and creating landscape gardens, we have not been able to calm down and plan the development of escrow gardens.

2. In the implementation of "two teaching and one lesson" in landscape architecture, there are too many filters and the intensity is not enough, which leads to the unbalanced workload of teachers in the general park and the sub-parks.

3. The atmosphere of scientific research is not strong, and the long-term training mechanism for young teachers and the enthusiasm of middle-aged and elderly teachers who have been evaluated as senior primary school teachers need to be strengthened.

4. Team building in party member needs to be strengthened, and the awareness of developing party member among outstanding young people and professional backbone teachers is not strong.

5. party member's vanguard and exemplary role continues to be strengthened, and his understanding of the importance of theoretical study is insufficient, and his innovative working methods need to be improved.

6. Party affairs publicity needs to be further strengthened, the quantity and quality of publicity can not meet the requirements, and there is a lack of specialized personnel for management and maintenance.

Seriously reflect on the existing problems, both objective and subjective reasons, mainly in the following aspects:

First, we don't have a deep understanding of the importance of strengthening party building at the grass-roots level, and we don't take it as a hard task and a hard indicator to implement;

Second, the party affairs staff in our park should not only undertake the education and teaching work, but also attach importance to the party building work. They have many affairs, heavy burdens, great pressure and insufficient energy. At the same time, there is no effective incentive mechanism and system to ensure the steady development of party building work;

Third, the analysis of new problems in party building work is not in place, sometimes the work is carried out comprehensively, the key features are not prominent, and the highlights are not novel.

Fourth, the lack of funds for party activities has affected the efficiency of party building work to some extent.

Third, the next step of work ideas and main measures

In view of the existing problems, I will, together with the members of the leading group of the park, lead the teaching and administrative staff in the park to seriously study and implement the requirements of the Party Committee of the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau, take the construction of a learning, service-oriented and innovative grass-roots party organization as the purpose, earnestly perform the duties of "the first responsible person" and do a solid job in party building in kindergartens.

On 20 15, 1 June, Tingting and I went to Daximen Kindergarten in Luyang District to study. We watched, listened, asked and recorded the garden management and one-day tour activities of provincial first-class parks in detail, and gained a lot. As a demonstration park in the whole city, it is necessary to convey standardized management methods and scientific protection education concepts.

1. Further improve the inner-party system construction, improve the implementation of party affairs openness, party member education and training, party style and clean government construction, and revise and compile the book "Urban Kindergarten Management System".

2. Carefully plan the construction and creation of the kindergarten comprehensive teaching building and the development of Zhongmiao Country Garden Kindergarten, win the trust of parents and thank all sectors of society for their support.

3. Continue to improve the work guarantee mechanism and increase investment in party building.

4. Carry out the activity of "Practicing Teachers' Morality and Being Teachers Satisfied by the People", and make love and dedication, teaching and educating people and selfless dedication become the eternal theme of Party branch construction in central kindergarten.

5. Shanshui Huating Garden implements "two educations and one guarantee", cooperates with Country Garden Branch and Zhongmiao Country Garden Trusteeship Garden, promotes standardized operation of nurses and teaching assistants, and completes the work of teachers over 50 years old from front-line teachers to logistics posts.

6. Carry out pairing guidance among party member, key teachers and rural parks to help * * * develop together. Do a good job in the training and development of party member, and intensify the development of party member among outstanding young people and professional backbone teachers.

All party member in urban kindergartens have a strong sense of professionalism and a high sense of responsibility.
