Second, use the role models around you to motivate students and help underachievers overcome their inferiority complex and build up their self-confidence. It is also a good educational model for excellent classmates and friends who are familiar with each other to become role models for underachievers. The author has set up a special file for the underachievers in the class, mainly using the study card to hint and remind them.
