Always guide employees to firmly establish the idea of safety first, and always sound the alarm of safety production. And use the station affairs meeting, station affairs public column and other forms to explain to everyone, so that everyone can understand the joint situation and liquidation of the section and the station in safety production, and guide employees to work according to standards.

For the hot and difficult issues in employees' ideological work, they will discuss countermeasures and study solutions. Report the problems that are difficult to solve to the supervisor and superior leaders in time. 2. Insist on the fundamental improvement of professional quality as a "safety barrier"

All branches in our section have formed a fixed mechanism and an effective model to grasp the technical professional quality of party member and employees, and achieved good results.

first, the branch organizes abnormal driving business competitions every quarter. In practice, the branch has been exploring around the central work, especially in improving the emergency ability of cadres, party member and employees in abnormal driving. The abnormal simulation drill of the branch is organized once every quarter, and the driving team of the joint station selects one team to participate in the drill every quarter, and participates in turn. It is guaranteed to participate once during the year. In special circumstances, the branch can organize it temporarily. The cadres conducted an emergency plan drill. The topic sub-committee of each drill conducts research, and draws up a number of topics in consideration of the season and equipment. The proposed topics are sent to the team for preparation, and the on-site lottery is adopted during the drill. Each station carefully prepares and arranges personnel, and the deputy stationmaster will lead the team to participate at the specified time. The branch will issue a notice to those who do not participate without reason. The drill is composed of the deputy stationmaster of Union Station. The judges announced the results on the spot after scoring according to unified standards. Third, adhere to management control as a means of "safety barrier" to form a normal state

We stipulate that all major workshop issues must be discussed and passed by the branch committee, especially in the implementation of the central work and the monthly key work. On the second day of the monthly cadre meeting, the party branch should first convene the branch committee, organize the workshop stationmaster and all the branch committees under the jurisdiction of the joint branch, focus on the specific measures to implement the current central work and the administrative work of the month, and identify the combination point of ideological and political work and administrative work, and put ideological and political work into the whole work, around the central work, brainstorm and form a unified plan. On this basis, each branch committee will hold a standing meeting according to the actual situation of their respective workshops, come up with specific measures, discuss and enrich them, and pay close attention to implementation according to their own reality, so as to better implement the key work of the section and give full play to the role of the branch committee.

Second, in view of the fact that some fourth-class small stations under the jurisdiction of joint branches are difficult to complete their tasks due to lack of manpower in case of abnormal traffic, we will strengthen the responsibilities of cadres and give full play to the linkage role of joint branches. 4. Insist on strict assessment as the guarantee of "safety barrier" and strengthen rewards and punishments

We always insist on the integrated assessment of workshop administrative work and the work of the Party, workers and youth league. Every month, the deputy party and government leaders will be divided into four groups to accept, evaluate, comment, reward and punish the work of the party and workers' groups in the administrative work of all workshops. The administrative work will be deducted according to the standard of workshop management acceptance, and the party-mass work will be deducted item by item in the proportion of 433 according to the acceptance standards of branches, trade unions and league branches. Then, the administrative deduction and the party workers' group deduction will be summarized in the proportion of 7% and 3%, which is the total acceptance score of the workshop at the end of the month, and the monthly bonus of the workshop will be liquidated by this score and the score of daily assessment.
