In order to further enliven the cultural life of the teaching staff and improve their physical quality, badminton, table tennis and other healthy and beneficial cultural and sports activities are actively carried out with the theme of "sports, health, work and happiness", so that all the teaching staff can form a good style of loving sports, caring for health, being high-spirited, working hard and forging ahead, enhance their physical quality and further promote the construction of a harmonious campus. In combination with the requirements of the superior trade union, the cultural and sports activities plan for the teaching and administrative staff in our school is formulated as follows:

I. Daily cultural and sports activities

1. It is recommended that faculty and staff do morning exercises before 8: 20 every morning.

2. Do radio exercises with students during recess every day.

3. Arrange badminton, table tennis and other cultural and sports activities at noon.

In order to further enhance the concept of "healthy work and happy life" among faculty members, promote the communication between faculty members and create a harmonious and happy working atmosphere, the school trade union will hold a "20xx spring mountaineering fitness activity". In order to ensure that this activity can be carried out safely and smoothly, this activity plan is specially formulated.

I. Participants

The whole school is suitable for on-the-job teaching staff who participate in mountaineering activities.

1. The school will provide a shuttle bus for this activity. At noon on May 22nd, all the faculty members who participated in the activity can take the shuttle bus to the activity site.

Departure time: 12: 30 (Xiajiahe and Nanguanling campus leave at the same time).

2. After arriving at the starting point of hiking, the chairmen of each branch and the temporary heads of relevant departments will first count the number of people, and then lead the department staff to collect the' supplies' for participating in the activities and start hiking activities.

3. Each secondary college can hold its own flag and slogan in front of the team.

The number of participants and organization of each branch will be one of the contents of the selection of excellent staff homes in the college.

4. After the activity, the staff still take the original bus to go home from work.

End of the event: 15: 00.
