People never thought about killing pandas, a national treasure protected animal, but why are they on the verge of extinction? The problem lies in the habitat. Living fossil giant pandas living in bamboo forests in Sichuan for a long time are decreasing with the destruction of their habitats. So far, the number of giant pandas has reached between 2,500 and 3,000 through people's protection and the establishment of protected areas.

Next is food.

When it comes to food, you think of the food chain. The most familiar sentence is: eat small fish, the big fish, and shrimp, the small fish. This is a food chain. Living things are very dependent on food, and most of the energy of food comes from food. If there is no food, living things will die or even become extinct because there is no food! ! ! The biology teacher said: Living things are interdependent. Perhaps one less species will bring food changes to the whole earth. Take the familiar food chain for example.

The reader may think of a question: in the habitat, isn't it just to protect animals? But why does food pose a threat to other creatures that depend on food?
