Regulations of Jinzhong Municipality on Promoting Civilized Behavior
The relevant departments of the people's governments of cities and counties (cities, districts) shall, in accordance with their respective duties, do a good job in the propaganda of civilized behavior.
Township people's governments and sub-district offices are responsible for promoting civilized behavior within their respective jurisdictions. Sixth city and county (city, district) spiritual civilization construction steering committee and its working institutions shall be responsible for the guidance and coordination, supervision and inspection, evaluation, publicity and recognition of the promotion of civilized behavior within their respective administrative areas. Article 7 State organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions, grass-roots mass autonomous organizations, other organizations and individuals should actively participate in the promotion of civilized behavior in light of their own reality.
State functionaries and public figures should play an exemplary role in promoting civilized behavior. Chapter II Advocating and Standardizing Behavior Article 8 Citizens should practice the socialist core values, carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, strengthen social morality, professional ethics, family virtues and personal moral cultivation, and abide by laws, regulations, public order and good customs. Ninth advocate the following civilized behavior:
(1) Advocating moral goodness, learning from heroes, moral models and industry models, inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture and carrying forward the spirit of the times;
(two) advocate changing customs, get rid of stereotypes, establish a new style of civilization, and organize weddings, funerals and celebrations in a civilized and frugal manner;

(5) Advocating charity, and encouraging charitable activities such as helping the poor, helping the needy, helping the elderly, saving orphans, helping the disabled, providing disaster relief, helping students and providing medical assistance;
(6) Advocating voluntary service and encouraging and supporting voluntary service activities;
(seven) to advocate and encourage individuals to donate blood and human tissues and organs voluntarily;
(eight) advocate low-carbon life, green travel, save water, electricity, gas and other public resources;
(nine) advocate garbage classification, and consciously develop the habit of classified delivery;
(ten) to advocate other behaviors that are beneficial to the progress of social civilization. Tenth citizens should abide by the etiquette and management norms in public places, and consciously abide by the following provisions:
(1) Abide by public etiquette, dress neatly and appropriately in public places, and behave in a civilized manner;
(2) Abide by public order, wait for public services, use public facilities, take public transport and participate in public activities, show mutual courtesy and queue up in turn;
(3) Abide by the order of venues, obey the on-site management, and watch movies, sports competitions and cultural performances in a civilized manner;
(four) civilized tourism, respect for local customs, cultural traditions and religious beliefs, and care for cultural relics and public facilities;
(five) civilized medical care, respect for medical personnel, and maintain normal medical order;
(six) civilized use of the Internet, honest and friendly exchanges, the dissemination of health information;
(seven) students should abide by the student code and daily code of conduct, live in harmony and respect teachers. Eleventh citizens should abide by the norms of public environmental management, and consciously abide by the following provisions:
(a) take good care of public facilities, flowers and trees, and rationally use facilities and equipment such as culture and sports, road traffic, safety protection and municipal sanitation;
(two) store signs (plaques), light boxes, banners, electronic screen slogans and other advertisements use standardized and accurate language;
(3) Go to the toilet in a civilized way, keep the public toilet clean and take care of the public toilet facilities. Twelfth citizens should travel in a civilized way, maintain traffic order and safety, and consciously abide by the following provisions:
(1) When driving a vehicle, you are not allowed to make a phone call by hand, change lanes, interrupt or block at will, honk your horn illegally, and use the high beam correctly; When crossing the crosswalk, you should slow down and stop to let pedestrians pass; In case of police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and other emergency tasks, they should take the initiative to give way;
