What is the party-mass organ?

The organs of the Party-mass system refer to the departments and mass organizations of the Party.

For example, the office of the local party committee, the organization department, the propaganda department, the United Front Work Department, the Political and Legal Committee, the Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation, the Disabled Persons' Federation, the Working Committee and the Federation of Trade Unions.

The staff of the above-mentioned departments are managed with reference to the Civil Service Law.

Administrative organs refer to government organizations, such as provincial government offices, municipal and county government offices, finance bureaus, land and resources bureaus, culture and broadcasting bureaus, sports bureaus, development and reform bureaus, economic commissions, trade bureaus, education bureaus, personnel and labor bureaus, etc.

Generally speaking, the administrative organ is the state management organ, and the party-mass organ is what we usually call the party Committee.
