In 2013, the State Archives Administration of the People's Republic of China decided to use June 9 every year, the "International Archives Day", as the publicity activity day of the archives department starting from that year. (2) Archives Essay Collection - "Archives and People's Livelihood"

4. Requirements for publicity activities of counties, municipalities, government agencies, enterprises and institutions

(1) The archives departments of counties and cities must attach great importance to the 2017 "International Archives Day" publicity activities and strengthen Lead, scientifically plan, carefully organize, formulate practical publicity activity plans, and report the activities in the region to the Legal Affairs Department of the Municipal Archives Bureau before June 20.

(2) The archives departments of various agencies, enterprises and institutions must actively cooperate with the Municipal Archives Bureau in publicizing the Archives Law. Propaganda is carried out in the form of playing archives laws and regulations on electronic display screens, producing blackboard newspapers, conducting archives legal publicity lectures, posting archives promotion wall charts, and organizing visits to special exhibitions of the Municipal Archives Bureau.

(3) The photos related to the "6-9" International Archives Day publicity event will be included in the annual inspection of the city's archives work in 2017, and all units are requested to keep them properly.

4. Activity Arrangement

During the "International Archives Day" publicity week, the Ordos Municipal Archives Bureau and the New District Archives Office will launch a series of colorful publicity activities based on actual conditions.

(1) Open an "International Archives Day" column for publicity on the Archives Information Network of the Ordos Municipal Archives Bureau and the portal website of Kangbashi New District. Focus on introducing the origin of "International Archives Day", introducing the International Archives Council, the International Archives Conference, the logo of the Chinese archives industry, etc., and promptly publishing the information during the event on the Archives Information Network of the Ordos Municipal Archives Bureau and the Kangbashi New District Portal. , and reported to media at all levels;

(2) Street propaganda. On June 9, the "International Archives Day", we jointly carried out publicity activities with the Kangbashi Management Committee Archives Office in Kangbashi main streets, food courts, and Zhujiang communities. Through the production of publicity layouts, mobile publicity vehicles, providing on-site consultation on archives work, and distributing promotional materials, we will focus on promoting the importance of archives work, archives laws and regulations, the relationship between archives and society and citizens, and display the achievements of the archives work in the new district. Order promotional posters and brochures in a unified manner, and post them in Ordos City, Kangbashi Management Committee Party and Government Building, CBD Building, Municipal Archives, Library, Museum, Grand Theater and bus stop signs.

(3) Media publicity and reporting. Make full use of the media's advantages of wide coverage, high ratings, and wide range of communication to widely publicize the "International Archives Day" activities, turn archives activities into the focus of the whole society, and enhance the social publicity effect. During the event, a special speech on "International Archives Day" was broadcast on Ordos and Kangbashi TV stations, and a comprehensive article on archives work was published in "Kangbashi Newspaper". With the help of the TV station's rolling broadcast of archives propaganda from June 9 to 14 Subtitles make the form of archives publicity more intuitive and reach a wider audience; through various forms of publicity, archives work can better serve the city's economic and social development and the people.

(4) Information posted on text messages, electronic displays, and WeChat. Use the e-government platform and the WeChat platform of the electronic display screen of the Party and Government Building of Ordos City and Kangbashi Management Committee to publish event information and slogans. During the publicity week, mobile platforms are used to send archives promotional text messages to citizens to guide citizens to understand archives knowledge and obtain archives information through the Internet.

(5) Carry out activities to visit archives. Relying on the Municipal Archives, we will continue to open the patriotic education base and organize grassroots archivists and community residents to visit the exhibition hall.

(6) Carry out archives activities. From June 9th to June 11th, citizens can make an appointment for file checking, experience file checking, document checking and *** public information checking service process, and learn about the use of archives and *** public information checking to protect personal rights and provide information for work and life. The important role of reference is to let the people understand archives, enhance their awareness of archives, establish the concept of archives, and enable archives to better serve the people and society. (7) Carry out the "Bao Hulu" Cup "Archives and People's Livelihood" essay collection activity and the Archival Knowledge Social Science Popularization Week activities. The theme is that archivists must contribute their wisdom and dedication to building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. Time: June 12 to June 18, 2017. The specific matters of the essay collection work shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents of the Autonomous Region Archives Bureau.
