It is 68 meters high and the bronze sculpture weighs 447 tons. This name is taken from Feng Huangming Yi in the Book of Songs. The Indus River was born and rises in the morning. "It means a perfect, happy, auspicious and bright future. It is a huge bronze sculpture with far-reaching significance. The sculpture is dominated by a phoenix symbolizing nobility and auspiciousness, which is connected by two groups of phoenixes. The following group of phoenixes look around, and the sphere in the middle represents the "sun", which means that everything will grow and be full of vitality where the sun shines. Looking up again, a golden phoenix perches on it, holding its head high, becoming a sculpture with the theme of Feng Dan facing the sun, which contains infinite vitality and hope! The base of the sculpture is supported by eight bronze lions.

10. Zhao Yan Grand View: Taking "Zhao Yan Grand View at the Foot of the Great Wall" as the design theme, symbols such as northern water city, Hebei folk houses and industrial civilization are extracted to show the characteristics and cultural heritage of urban gardens in Hebei and highlight the essence of traditional culture in Hebei.
