Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 Name: * * Badminton Club

Chapter II Association Organization

Article 5 The executive body of the Association is the joint meeting of the president, vice-president and ministers of various departments.

Article 6 The functions and powers of the executive body of a community:

Article 7 The functions and powers of the President of this Association are as follows:

(two) to inspect and supervise the implementation of the resolutions of the executive bodies of associations and the work of various departments.

(3) Signing relevant important documents on behalf of the Association.

Article 8 The functions and powers of the vice-president of this Association are as follows:

(a) to preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan.

(two) to coordinate the work of various departments and institutions.

(three) to assist the president in handling other daily affairs.

Article 9 The duties of the secretariat of this Association are:

(a) for the club members to join or quit the club procedures, and make corresponding records.

Article 10 The responsibilities of the Planning Department of this Association are:

Chapter III Rights and Obligations of Members

Article 14 Rights:

(3) Members have the right to know the progress and financial situation of the Association.

Article 15 Obligations:

Sixteenth members to join the club procedures:

Article 17 Procedures for withdrawal of members:

Chapter IV Contents of Community Activities

Chapter V Management System of Associations

Article 19 Department responsibility system:

The affairs of the club are divided into functional departments, and the president coordinates the work of each department. In case of unexpected events, all departments will work together to solve them.

Twentieth principles of financial management and use:

(1) In principle, the funds for the activities of this institution shall be settled by itself, and the secretariat department shall be responsible for each transaction.

Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association

Article 22 this association has the right to formulate and amend the articles of association, and has the final interpretation right. If the articles of association of the Association need to be revised, the president may draft the revised draft and submit it to the members of the executive body of the Association for discussion and decision.

Chapter VII Procedures for Termination of Associations

Article 23 If the Association needs to cancel due to the completion of its purpose or its own dissolution, division or merger, it shall be proposed by the executive body of the Association.

Twenty-fourth the motion to terminate this association must be voted by the executive body of the association and reported to the guiding unit for approval.

Twenty-fifth before the termination of this association, a liquidation organization should be established under the organization of the Youth League Committee of the Society to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with the aftermath.

Article 26 The Association shall be terminated after the cancellation of registration by the Youth League Committee of the College.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Article 27 This cooperative shall abide by the rules and regulations of the school, obey the leadership and actively carry out activities to enrich the extracurricular life of the students in our school.

Twenty-eighth the articles of association shall have the final interpretation right by the cooperative management institution, and may be amended as appropriate according to the actual situation.

Article 29 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of the establishment of the Association, and the Secretariat shall be responsible for amending it.
