This is a relocation community. Along Hanghai Road all the way to the east, after passing through Hangyong Expressway, you can see several tall buildings standing on the left side of the road, and the beige fa? ades of several buildings on the roadside have been presented. This is the Yudao resettlement housing project. And the three treasures of the past-Zhonghaiyu Road 1, is there.

The resettlement house of Yudao Community is located in the expansion plot of Qianjiang New Town in Hangzhou. The northeast side of the project is adjacent to the imperial road, commercial and financial land and public service facilities land, the southeast side is the diversion river and riverside green space, the northwest side is adjacent to the protective green space and Qianjiang East Road, and the southwest side is Yusi Road. The project consists of 10 26-story residence and 1 27-story residence, covering an area of 45,400 square meters, with an aboveground building area of146,356.8 square meters (including residential building area of 140799. 1 square meter) and an underground building area of 34,999. The whole project is divided into Phase I (1~4 building) and Phase II (5 ~1/kloc-0 building), which is the largest resettlement house under construction in Qianjiang New Town, and can accommodate 1682 relocated residents.

At present, the second phase of the project will fully enter the renovation project, while the first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of August this year.

In the past, resettlement housing projects were often not worthy of the word "quality". Poor greening, rough fa? ade, lack of landscape and other factors have always made the relocated resettlement houses feel lack of quality. Yudao Resettlement House occupies the core block of the second phase of Qianjiang New City, and its quality is slightly better than that of the previous resettlement houses. Yudao resettlement house has made great efforts in the landscape greening of the park, which is divided into three levels: centralized green space, group green space and front green space. It also combines the "point, line and surface" formed by green space at all levels, forming a complete greening system from public to semi-public. The residential area is planned to have a centralized green space of 10735㎡, and the sidewalks in the residential area are also paved with granite, which can be the same as some mid-range commercial houses.
