Yongding River Forest Train

Yongding River Leisure Forest Park is located in the southwest of Shijingshan, on the southern wilderness beach on the left bank of the Yongding River, 18 kilometers away from the city center. The park borders the Fifth Ring Road to the east, Lianshi West Road to the north, and faces the Garden Expo across the river. The scenery here is beautiful, perfect for treating children to a romantic spring outing!

Yongding River Leisure Forest Park transformed the 2.3-kilometer Shougang Steel Slag Railway line into a sightseeing lane, and introduced the "Yongding" antique steam sightseeing train and railway bicycles for the general public to visit the park. The small train consists of a locomotive, a tender and a carriage. It is 27 meters long, fully loaded with 72 people, and operates in 18 minutes one way. It is the first 1435mm gauge sightseeing train in the country. The little train is the favorite project for children in the entire park. As the little train slowly moves forward, you can see some special attractions in the park, such as buffalo towns, river stalls and river stalls, old men planting trees and other sculptures, which are very interesting.
