1. Raise awareness and strengthen leadership:

2. Strengthen legal education and publicity

The Community Care Working Committee combines legal education with caring for the next generation, and organizes study among community workers of the "China Caring for the Next Generation Working Committee" "Work Regulations" spirit, and at the same time widely publicize the activities to implement the "Regulations", so that the spirit of the "Regulations" can be incorporated into residents' daily lives and create a good community atmosphere. Together with the construction of safe families, we will conscientiously carry out the "Five Good" activities, strengthen legal popularization, focus on the "Fifth Five-Year Plan" legal popularization education, strengthen legal publicity and education, and bring legal popularization education into communities and schools. Organically combine the work of caring for the next generation with family planning and comprehensive management work, and use special issues, posters, and leaflets to vigorously publicize the party's line, principles, policies, and national laws and regulations. Vigorously publicize the "Law on the Protection of Minors", "Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency", and "Law on the Protection of Rights and Interests of the Elderly", so that the whole society can form a good atmosphere of respecting the elderly and caring for the young, allowing young people to grow up healthily, and allowing the elderly to enjoy their old age in peace.

4. Combining investigation and prevention work
