What standards should private kindergartens charge for water, electricity and gas?

Private kindergartens shall charge water, electricity and gas according to the price of electricity, water and gas used by residents.

According to Article 1 of the Notice on Issues Related to the Price of Water and Electricity in Schools, the prices of electricity, water and gas for school teaching and students' life shall be implemented according to the prices of electricity, water and gas for residents respectively. If the current price of electricity, water and gas for school teaching and students' life is lower than that of residents, the current price will remain unchanged.

Article 3 The electricity, water and gas used in school teaching and students' life refers to the electricity, water and pipeline gas (including pipeline natural gas, gas and air mixed gas) used in teaching facilities such as classrooms, libraries, laboratories, sports rooms and administrative rooms in schools and student living facilities such as canteens, bathhouses and dormitories.

Electricity, water and gas used in school teaching and students' life should be measured separately from other electricity, water and gas. If itemized measurement has not been implemented, the school shall negotiate with the water supply, power supply and gas supply units to determine the electricity consumption, water consumption and gas consumption. If both parties fail to reach an agreement through consultation, it shall be reported to the competent price department for ruling.

The price of electricity, water and gas for school teaching and students' life shall be implemented according to the price of electricity, water and gas for residents respectively. If the current price of electricity, water and gas for school teaching and students' life is lower than that of residents, the current price will remain unchanged.
