Wuhan and Xi are both big cities with a long history, one in the middle and the other in the northwest. Wuhan and Xi are both big education provinces with unparalleled economic development potential.

Wuhan and Xi are prefecture-level cities, provincial capitals, sub-provincial cities, megacities and national central cities. Since ancient times, it has been known as "Eight Rivers Around Chang 'an". Xi is a "world historic city" designated by UNESCO 198 1. It is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization and the Chinese nation and the starting point of the Silk Road. In history, 13 dynasties established their capitals here.

Xi is the best tourist destination in China and one of the cities with the most international image in China. There are two heritages listed in the World Heritage List, namely, the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang and Terracotta Warriors, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the Little Wild Goose Pagoda, the Daming Palace Site in Chang 'an in Tang Dynasty, the Weiyang Palace Site in Chang 'an in Han Dynasty and the Xingjiao Temple Tower.

There are seven "double-class" universities in Xi, including Xi Jiaotong University, Northwestern Polytechnical University and xidian university.
