Solicitation of volunteers refers to the plan announced to the public by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute after the first batch to the fourth batch of colleges and universities that do not meet the first voluntary enrollment. For the first kind of vacancy plan, candidates will not be set a minimum score and ranking limit when filling in the solicitation of volunteers, and candidates who have reached a number of admission control scores but have not been admitted can fill in; For the second and third types of vacancy plans, in order to avoid grade stratification and ensure fair admission, only candidates who are not lower than the lowest score and ranking of the institution at the time of formal filing are allowed to fill in.
