It is forbidden to turn on the power supply when the battery lead post is not connected properly, so as to prevent sparks from causing explosion.

3. When preparing electrolyte, distilled water must be injected first, and then sulfuric acid must be poured slowly. It is forbidden to pour water into concentrated sulfuric acid. It is forbidden to pour concentrated sulfuric acid directly into the battery.

4, midway power failure or failure, must immediately cut off the DC power supply, and then turn off the charging equipment. Prevent explosion caused by reverse current.

5. The battery terminal should be closely connected with the lead plating clip to prevent the hydrogen in the battery from exploding due to sparks.

6. The charging room should be well ventilated. When charging, open doors and windows or ventilation equipment.

7. In the process of charging, always check the situation on the plug or in the ventilation hole inside the ventilation pipe of the battery box cover. If these holes are blocked, the pore pressure will rise sharply and the shell will explode. At the same time, the voltage, temperature and specific gravity of electrolyte should be checked frequently. In particular, the temperature shall not exceed 45℃ to prevent explosion or combustion.
