Article 12 Enterprises, social organizations and other social forces are encouraged to provide cardholders with diversified preferential services.

Thirteenth local veterans affairs departments at all levels should actively promote the application of preferential cards in the local area and related industries, constantly expand the scope of use of preferential cards, and improve the awareness rate of preferential cards.
