List of changes of road traffic organization in some cities during Mianyang Science and Technology Expo

The 10th China Science and Technology City International Science and Technology Expo will be held in our city from 1 1.06 to 19. In order to ensure safe, smooth and orderly road traffic during the meeting, the traffic police department conducted in-depth field research on traffic organization for many times and formulated a scientific and detailed traffic organization guarantee plan.

The traffic organization guarantee of this Expo has the following characteristics: according to the requirements of "exhibition separation", the traffic organization takes the venue and exhibition area as the center, delineates "one core, two roads and three circles", scientifically organizes traffic, and adopts the traffic organization principle of "remote guidance, middle-end diversion and near-end control" to implement circle traffic organization and guarantee.

A core. The core circle is the exhibition center, including the intersection of Liaoning Avenue and Mianxing West Road, Liaoning Avenue and Feiyun Avenue, the intersection of freight passage and Feiyun Avenue, and the intersection of Mianxing West Road and Xing 'an Avenue. Strict traffic control is implemented in this area, and social vehicles unrelated to the conference are prohibited from entering.

Two ways. Mianxing West Road and Feiyun Avenue are the main roads for vehicles attending important conferences and exhibitions. Mianxing West Road is the main access to Jiuzhou Gymnasium, and it is also the access for guest motorcades and vehicles participating in the opening and closing ceremonies and various forum activities. The guest motorcade and guest vehicles are parked in the inner ring of Jiuzhou, and the conference and security vehicles are parked in the ecological parking lots on both sides of Jiuzhou Bridge. Feiyun Avenue is the main passage in and out of the exhibition area, through which exhibition vehicles and exhibition work vehicles enter and exit. The exhibition vehicles are parked in the temporary parking area of the original Xindianzi plot.

Three laps. 1. Core circle: the area within the intersection of Liaoning Avenue and Mianxing West Road, Liaoning Avenue and Feiyun Avenue, freight passage and Feiyun Avenue, Mianxing West Road and Xing 'an Avenue, Yonghui Road and Yongchang Road.

2. Control circle: the area within the intersection of Mianxing West Road and Yonghui Road, Liaoning Avenue and Baoshan Road, Jingfa Road Jingshang Sewing Machine Co., Ltd., Mianxing West Road and Innovation Avenue, freight passage, Yonghui Road and Feiyun Avenue. During the opening ceremony, production vehicles and all freight vehicles beyond the needs of life are prohibited from passing through the control area to reduce the traffic pressure in the core circle.

3. Diversion circle: the area within the scope of Laoyong 'an Road and Liaoning Avenue, Xing 'an Avenue and Chen Xin Electric Power Intersection, Mianxing West Road Second Ring Road Puming Interchange, Feiyun Avenue Second Ring Road Feiyun Avenue Interchange and Feiyun Avenue Mojia Intersection, including the intersection of Xingye South Road and Mianxing West Road, Xingye South Road and Yongchang Road, Xingye South Road and Feiyun Avenue, and Laoyong 'an Road of Liaoning Avenue; Bordet Jiqiao North Bridge Head, Mianxing East Road and Pule Road Intersection, Puming North Road West Section Times City Intersection, Feiyun Avenue East Section Emerson Intersection. During the opening ceremony, the traffic police department will direct transit vehicles and exhibition vehicles to choose a reasonable route. After the opening ceremony, be responsible for guiding the visiting vehicles into the parking area for orderly parking or transit.

In this Expo, the traffic police department set up the "Traffic Security Command" in the exhibition center. Relying on the support of science and technology, applying big data, data visualization, "internet plus" and other technologies, we will build a command and dispatch platform for Expo traffic organization, organically combine road monitoring system, traffic signal control system, traffic information collection system, traffic guidance system and communication system, and establish a command and dispatch system for data collection, processing and scientific decision-making, so as to fully realize refined management and accurate dispatch.
