On July 17, 1934, more than 2,000 members of the 9th Red Army Corps, which was tasked with escorting the Red Army's advance team to the north to fight against Japan, passed through Datian Taoyuan, Yong'an Qingshui, and Datian under the leadership of Army Commander Luo Binghui and Political Commissar Cai Shufan. The villager Lin Jingdi warmly received the Red Army and took good care of the wounded soldiers. When the Red Army lived there, there were 18 Red Army slogans written with brushes in private houses, and the handwriting is still clearly visible today.
