What's it like to have COVID-19?

From my personal experience, everyone's symptoms may be different, so we can't generalize.

Let's talk about experience first. Unfortunately, I was infected with COVID-19 last month, and now I have recovered, so my friends don't have to worry!

In fact, COVID-19 infection is not terrible! But before the infection, people were afraid of COVID-19, it should be said that they were afraid of the unknown!

The nucleic acid 13 hasn't come out (it was made on 12). I'm in a hurry because it came out at two or three in the afternoon on a cloudy day. Waiting and waiting, I finally came out after six o'clock, knowing that I was infected, a little nervous and a little scared. After nine o'clock, I felt very hot on my face and began to have a fever. Then the volunteers in the back cabin called and said that I would pack my things and a car would pick me up later. The bus came at eleven o'clock, and I soon had a fever on the bus.

While waiting for the result, I am anxious and scared, because I don't know what I will face next, and I don't know what my body will look like.

Then there is 14 days of cabin life, just like experiencing a cold. All the symptoms come and go quickly, even shorter than a cold. One day is a bad cough, one day is a blockage, one day is a runny nose and one day is a headache. During this period, there is always a slight sore throat. These symptoms basically disappeared after a week, and my throat didn't hurt. We were given three days off in a row. By the way, in addition to the above symptoms, I had a rash on my hands two days ago. It's all over me. I don't know what happened.

Life in the shelter is not as bad as I thought. Under such a serious epidemic situation, I am very grateful for such conditions!

I eat well and sleep well every day. Maybe I'm just more satisfied. Ha ha ha ha. Thanks again for the efforts of volunteers and medical staff!

During the isolation period, if you feel uncomfortable, take medicine. I took the medicine two days ago, and then I stopped taking the medicine when the symptoms were not obvious.

As for the sequelae, I have recovered for a month, and I don't feel uncomfortable or uncomfortable. After this epidemic, I became more transparent and precipitation. In this month, I insisted on exercising every other day. Naturally, it is either strenuous exercise, stretching or low-intensity exercise. Everything is normal now, don't worry.

It is not shameful to win COVID-19, but it is shameful not to cooperate with the fight against the epidemic. During the whole process, including the isolation before and after COVID-19's illness, we cooperated with national policies, volunteers and medical staff. We didn't add chaos to the country, and we didn't ban others. We appreciate it. Finally, thank the country and all the anti-epidemic personnel for their silent efforts!
