First, the people who left Tibet reported to their communities, and under the management of the communities, they took the measures of "five days and three inspections" five days before leaving Tibet, that is, they monitored their health at home for five consecutive days, and tested 1 nucleic acid on 1, 3 and 5 days respectively (the last nucleic acid sampling time was within 24 hours before leaving Tibet), and all the results were negative, and they were transported to the airport in a "point-to-point" closed-loop manner.

This is what we need to report before we leave Tibet. Now, in some places where there is an epidemic, you have to report when you go out or come back.
