? Then let me talk about my views on Tibetan dance. Personally, I think I have discussed it with some professional teachers before. I think that when we dance in Tibet, such as the pot village, one of their dances, we first think of it, such as the girl carrying water and some dances in Tibet, and find that they have the same characteristics. Mainly in two aspects, one is that their movements are their backs, and we feel a little depressed from the layman's point of view, so we can dance better when we notice this, especially women.

? Secondly, among Tibetans, there is also a dance method similar to tap dancing in western cultural elements. Obviously, that is to say, their sleeves are relatively long, so when doing movements, because they have the feeling of playing with their waist, their sleeves are generous, and the movements are more comfortable than those that look like big moves, and the whole rhythm and internal tension are more obvious.

? I have seen them dance before, including some Han students in the music and dance department who also dance this kind of Tibetan dance. Their movements are very beautiful. It can be said that they should be the icing on the cake in professional dance language. After adding flowers, their movements are very beautiful and their postures have changed a lot. However, although they look beautiful, they have no taste of Tibet at all. ? I remember when I was watching movies, there was a famous mainland actress named Jingning. At that time, she starred in a film called red river valley. In that movie, she played a very beautiful, cheerful and generous toast daughter. She used to be a serious Han girl, but in her movies, everyone watched her talk and some movements and demeanor, especially when she laughed, which was completely like being born and raised in Tibet. ? Now, when I watch this movie again, I find that tranquility mainly captures some basic movement expressions of Tibetan girls, so this taste is well reflected.
