This trip can be remembered.

It is said that Tibet is a holy place to wash the soul. Before I set foot on this dreamy snowy plateau, I was full of infinite reverie about this clear and high land. Overlooking it from the plane is very exciting. However, when I was dizzy at Gongga airport, I was caught off guard. That was my first impression of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau mentioned in this mysterious geography textbook. Every experience is the only one in my life, so let me record it and let myself feel the city of the sky as freely as the wind.

Why do people need to travel? Because "meeting" is a gift of life, which is worth remembering and cherishing. The Xizang Autonomous Region government has listed the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, Potala Palace and Mount Everest as three world-class tourism resources in Tibet, so the exploration will start here.

? On July 1, we went to Linzhi and Shanhai, just to meet the Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon. On the way, I met the Millennium Castle of Xiuba, which has a history of 1600 years. It is the oldest, oldest, densest and best-preserved castle group in Tibet.

"King Gelsall" in the castle, in Tibetan legends, is the incarnation of the son of God, pushing Bagawa. He is a hero who has been a soldier all his life, promoting good and punishing evil, promoting Buddhism and spreading culture. He was born in 1038 (Northern Song Dynasty). A voice, through the Millennium wind and frost, reverberates in time and space; A poem, from the distant ancient times to the present, is endless-it is the biography of King Gesar, which is known as "Homer's epic of the East".

? Meeting "Qiangba Snow Mountain" According to Buddhist scriptures, Maitreya was born in a Brahmin family in Borneo, ancient India. In Tibetan areas, Qiangba Buddha is the Maitreya Buddha of Han Buddhism and the future Buddha of Tibetan Buddhism III. Buddha III is an ancient Buddha burning a lamp, the present Buddha Sakyamuni Buddha and the future Buddha Maitreya Buddha. ? Look at the Qiangbafo Snow Mountain in the distance, like a Maitreya Buddha with a big belly.

I saw the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon for the first time.

? The Yarlung Zangbo River is the mother river of the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet and the highest river in the world, with an average elevation of more than 3,000 meters, and is known as the "Polar Tianhe". The Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon is located at the intersection of Nyainqentanglha Mountain and Hengduan Mountain in the Himalayas. It is the longest and deepest grand canyon in the world. The "collector" who B&B checked in tonight is in the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon. Open the French window and you can see the majestic Nange Baba Snow Mountain.

Mount Namgyabawa, a paradise in the clouds, is known as the top ten most beautiful peaks in China, with an altitude of 7782 meters. The snow-capped mountains and canyons complement each other, and the huge gap of more than 5,000 meters is magnificent and regrettable.

On July 2nd, I went to the town of Lulang. On the way, I met the "Sejila Mountain Pass" and climbed the mountain pass at an altitude of 4,728 meters. You can see the sunrise, the sea of clouds, the boundless forest and the majestic posture overlooking Nange Bawa Peak. Benjila Mountain, next to osawa Village on the western slope of Sejila Mountain, is a holy place of Bonism in Tibet and one of the four sacred mountains in Tibet. People come here to worship in the mountains all year round.

By the way, Songzan Hotel in Tibet, look at the Tibetan residents' hostel, which is as luxurious and secretive as a museum.

Arrive in Lulang Town, which is called the Little Jiangnan in Tibet. The international town of Lulang, known as the Oriental Switzerland, is surrounded by mountains and lakes, pines and cypresses, with snow-capped mountains standing in the distance and flocks of cattle and sheep roaming between flowers and grasslands below.

? Lake Gongcuo is surrounded by the beautiful Lulang forest. In Tibetan, Gongcuo means "right here" and "gone". * * * share a legendary mountain lake, surrounded by green grass and blooming in spring. The blue lake reflects white snow mountains and beautiful flowers. Legend has it that it was formed by the tears of a fairy who left the earth, clear and transparent.

It's too much like the alpine pasture scenery in Switzerland, but its unique Tibetan cottages and people's feelings are not available in Switzerland.

? On July 3, I returned to Lhasa and passed by Basongcuo on my way. Basongcuo, also known as Cuogao Lake, means "green water" in Tibetan. The lake is 3480 meters above sea level, and it is a famous holy lake and a sacred place of red religion. We fed fish in Basongcuo and experienced the little luck of dancing with the fish in our hearts.

Watch Princess Wencheng at night. Based on the natural landscape of Lhasa, the play tells the historical story of Princess Wencheng's marriage with Songtsan Gampo more than 300 years ago. What impressed me the most was that I heard a wandering singer singing "Blue Lotus" by Xu Wei in Cijuelin Creative Park by the Lhasa River outside the theater (Xu Wei's songs are most suitable for listening in Tibet, and he dreams of taking his sword to the world and seeing the prosperity of the world). I hope you can plain clothes, make tea and cut incense, and lean against the curtain to explore the clouds; Wu Cansheng was angry with a horse in new clothes, drunk and looking at flowers, and went to earth with a sword. )

? Pick-up and drop-off on July 4th: Longxue Manor Resort Hotel. On this day, I rest in Lhasa, and I like to have afternoon tea in Longxue Manor Cafe. The milk tea here is accompanied by a gentle breeze, and I feel "integrated with the wind, reflecting the sky tomorrow". After a good rest, people will be comfortable. The beauty of Tibetan costumes in Barkhor Street Tibetan Costume Experience Hall is a beautiful experience that women think is cost-effective. In Tibetan, "eight classes" means "from the middle to the classics". The original street of Barkhor Street was just a one-way road around Jokhang Temple, which Tibetans called "holy road". Women experience Tibetan costumes, take photos and go shopping, and men play cards in the small teahouse in Barkhor Street. The "husband's storage room" is the most comfortable.

? Potala Palace, formerly known as Hongshan Palace, was specially built for Princess Wencheng by Songzan Gambo. The Potala Palace at night is like a watercolor scroll, as beautiful as a mirage, and it is the most dazzling, magnificent and holy scenery on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

I like rickshaws in Lhasa very much. The rickshaw here is kind and friendly. Sitting in the rickshaw, it shuttles through the streets and alleys of Lhasa, as if it had passed through a thousand years, as if it were the little lady who made three wishes before the Buddha. "I wish you good health and eternal home. I wish you find a soul mate and accompany you every year." A knowing smile can solve a thousand worries.

YamdrokTso must go on July 5, which means "Jasper Lake" in Tibetan. Together with Namco and Mabian Yongco, it is called the three holy lakes in Tibet. It is the largest inland lake at the northern foot of the Himalayas, with beautiful lakes and mountains. It is the highest in southern Tibet, like a sapphire on the southern plateau.

Day-care Temple, built on a peninsula on the north bank of Yongcuo, Yang Zhuo, is the only building on the peninsula. One island and one temple, located in a remote place, is often only one monk stationed for practice, so it is called "the loneliest temple in the world". If I wear a red cloak, I can take beautiful photos with all kinds of customs. Leave it to the future.

I will go home early tomorrow. Master Nie, the driver, has a great personality and can capture the most beautiful scenery in Tibet. He is also a very good guide to Tibet. Play slowly, don't worry. Don't drive together, let your heart fly with the wind.

Nights in Tibet always come late. Visit Barkhor Street in the evening and meet the legendary "Tibet past" at the corner. I found my favorite refrigerator and bracelet chain with Tibetan characteristics. Wherever I go, I have to find a local refrigerator, just to see my kitchen from another angle.

On July 6th, my companion went to Mount Everest, and I experienced a high fever that I couldn't sleep well for seven days without taking a bath in summer, so I needed to return home early. That day, with mixed feelings, I looked up and saw "Buddha See the World", and wrote: Why is the Buddha's eye precious, not only because it can help you realize your wishes, but also because when your wishes fail, it can guide you to let go of your wishes, fears and persistence, and teach you to feel joy and purity through incomplete and unstable circulation. Suddenly, there was a faint joy in my heart, thinking about the sweet watermelon and the breathtaking natural scenery. This trip can be a memory. I'm going home.

Tell me more about my companions. Don't cross No.5 Yang Lake. They went to Shigatse, crossed the Raman Reservoir, worshipped the Canolla Glacier, and arrived in downtown Shigatse in the evening. On the 6th, we entered the Everest Base Camp in high spirits. We will go all the way to the gate of the Base Camp, turn to 108, see the Mount Everest at Wulashankou, arrive at the destination Everest Base Camp at 8 pm, enjoy the sunny golden mountain and pick up the stars at the top of the roof of the world. On the 7th, I got up early to capture the magnificent scenery of Mount Everest, and then went all the way east to Shigatse, and took a green leather train that I hadn't experienced for several years and returned to Lhasa. On the 8th, they moved freely in Lhasa, some went to the Potala Palace for pilgrimage, some went to the Jokhang Temple to worship and pray, and some went straight to Namtso to continue to enjoy the scenery of the snowy mountains and lakes on the plateau. In the evening, everyone got together, called friends 5K, and unconsciously spent a sleepless night in Lhasa with laughter. Of course, they say that the most unforgettable thing is the "roasted yak meat" produced by Qiangge.

The best trip in life is to find a long-lost touch in a strange place. Close your eyes and feel Tibet. The mysterious plateau is sunny, the white clouds are within reach, the pure sky is close at hand, the air is thin, the snow-capped mountains and the quiet lakes. I don't want to leave. Goodbye, Sky City, you will stay in my memory forever. Beauty never stops patronizing, just waiting for the next step.
