What kind of sauce is delicious for steamed buns?

Shiitake and chicken sauce

1. Prepare the raw materials: a piece of chicken breast (pork is also acceptable) and a few mushrooms , three spoons of sweet noodle sauce, three spoons of bean paste, one green onion, one piece of ginger, appropriate amount of allspice and black pepper.
