My sister is married to a mama’s boy, and my cousin is a chauvinist type, so I am relatively familiar with these two situations, so I will talk about them separately below.

The situation on my sister's side is that her brother-in-law also has a younger brother, and my mother-in-law prefers the younger son. What does this mean? This means that both the eldest son and the daughter-in-law have to help the younger son's family. Why? Because my husband is a mama’s boy, he listens to his mother-in-law in everything, and her mother-in-law loves her little son, and my sister can’t make any decisions. Probably, my brother-in-law worked so hard on the construction site that he had to give half of the money he finally earned to his brother. And because my sister was taking care of the children at home and had no source of income, the mother-in-law was fanning the flames in my brother-in-law’s ears every day. My sister is a waste of money. She doesn't go out to find anything to do when her children are so old. She just eats ready-made food at home.

Let’s talk about machismo. Macho chauvinism actually means that he likes to make decisions. Personally, I still like this kind of boy because I am the lazy type. I usually don't like to make decisions. If my boyfriend is a chauvinist, I will have less trouble.

For example, my brother and my sister-in-law have this kind of relationship. My sister-in-law is the kind of person who loves others, and my brother is the kind of person who likes others to listen to him.

Usually, my brother makes the decisions on all the big things at home, and due to my brother’s personality, there are basically no conflicts between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law.
