First, don't be too accommodating in the workplace.

What do you mean too accommodating? Never say that you have the ability to work and charm, but that you are busy and have no focus and no focus. If it's just an ordinary employee, if it's a leader, it will throw the whole department into chaos. Moreover, the workplace is strong. Being too accommodating will give people the impression of bullying, and no matter who will bully you in the future.

Don't believe me, I've met leaders who are too easy to talk to. They usually do all kinds of things, and finally all the work is shared with their subordinates. They complain a lot. Later, as soon as the leader arranged the work, the subordinates went back collectively. Moreover, his subordinates kept complaining to the bigger leader, which made life very difficult for this accommodating leader.

Second, in the workplace, please keep the ability to say no.

The most direct manifestation is that the leader lets you work overtime on Saturday and weekend. This kind of thing can be done twice at a time, but it is wrong to do it three times or four times or develop into a normal state. Therefore, it must be stopped in time when it has not developed to a normal state. So how can we stop it? The next time the leader asks you to come to the company for an extra shift or help you at the weekend, you can't just say no. Over time, everyone knows your temper and naturally converges.

The most direct example is a friend I knew before. His leader is an old man. He usually sleeps less and wakes up early in the morning. From time to time, I started sending him WeChat or calling him. My friend was still sleeping.

Finally, once or twice, the third time, my friend called the leader directly. At this point, the leader was angry to know that my friend didn't sleep well in the morning, and it will never happen again. Sometimes even in an emergency, I will turn around and look for someone else, not him anymore.
