How to plant soybeans in rural areas to achieve high yield?

As one of the important food crops, soybean has a large planting area in China. How to increase the yield when planting soybean is believed to be something that all soybean growers want to know. According to the little helper, the soybean yield per mu is only 100-200 kg, and many of them can reach 700-800 kg (some are thousands of kg, but only experimental fields).

The yield of soybean is determined by many factors. Every link from soil preparation and sowing to final harvest may play a very important role in yield. If someone tells you that it is unrealistic to increase production 100% simply by buying his seeds and fertilizers, the following contents are very few.

1, soil preparation

There are some differences in soil preparation between spring soybean and summer soybean in two seasons. There are two planting areas of spring soybean: spring ploughing and autumn ploughing. Spring ploughing is deep ploughing and harrowing before sowing, and autumn ploughing is deep ploughing and harrowing after soybean harvest. Either way, depending on the local conditions.

Summer soybeans planted twice a year are planted after the previous crop harvest. In the case of winter wheat and soybean rotation, after wheat sowing, some farmers prepare less soil and sow directly in wheat stubble.

2. Seeds

There are many varieties of soybeans, and there should be a certain purpose in the selection process. Not all seeds can be bought for sowing. Generally speaking, according to the local weather, climate, pests and diseases, the varieties with disease resistance, insect resistance and strong adaptability should be given priority. In addition, a variety has been planted continuously for many years, so it is not recommended to continue planting, and the variety needs to be replaced in time.

Step 3 seed dressing

Seed dressing of soybean seeds before sowing can prevent the harm of underground pests, grubs, needle worms, midges, aphids, Laodelphax striatellus, root rot, damping-off and virus diseases. Available seed dressing agents are: imidacloprid+difenoconazole, imidacloprid+rust.

1, base fertilizer

Farm manure can be used with farm manure. But at present, there are not many farmyard manure, and all of them use compound fertilizer directly, including soybean special compound fertilizer or ternary compound fertilizer with the same proportion. If strict requirements are met, the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium should be determined according to specific fields, and then different amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium should be used. However, in the actual retail planting, the same proportion of compound fertilizer is directly used, with an acre of land of 40-40%.

2. Planting density

Reasonable planting density plays an important role in the final high yield. Too dense planting will reduce the ventilation and light transmittance in the field, which is not conducive to the normal growth of soybeans. But if the planting density is too thin, the yield will not be maximized. The specific sowing amount per mu should be comprehensively considered according to seed size, variety characteristics, soil fertility and sowing methods. Generally, the seeds are small and the sowing date is 6-8 years.

3. Sowing depth

Sowing depth also depends on the specific conditions in the field, such as soil moisture, soil softness and seed size. In general, the sowing depth is only 3-5cm. Too deep and too shallow is not conducive to the growth of soybeans. According to the specific situation in the field, the depth can be appropriately increased to ensure normal germination and emergence.

4. Sowing time

According to different regions, the sowing date will be different. Under normal circumstances, the sowing time of spring-sown soybeans is between late April and early May, summer-sown soybeans are in mid-June, and some areas also have autumn-sown soybeans, and the sowing time is around mid-August. The above sowing date may change slightly according to the weather conditions in different years.
