For example, if I want to learn to write, what is the most important way to practice writing? It is writing. It has been writing.
So, I made a plan for myself, "I can't move, practice writing 500 words every day." You only need to write 500 words every day, and you can complete the writing task of the day. Moreover, it is not limited to style, does not require quality, is not affected by environment and tools, and is very convenient to carry.
2. Eliminate interference factors;
No matter what we do, time is fair to each of us. It is very important to make full use of time, finish the work efficiently in a limited time and ensure the quality of rest.
I believe many people have the same bad habit as me-playing mobile phone in bed. I have been worried about my lack of self-discipline, so I bought an alarm clock. The alarm clock gets up at half past six in the morning, and I put it far away from the bed. When the alarm clock rings, you must force yourself to get up and turn off the alarm clock.
However, the effect is not good. Why? Because I lie in bed playing with my mobile phone at night, I don't get enough sleep, so I can't concentrate on my work even if I get up.
It turns out that the culprit is the mobile phone.
Ha ha ha, this is easy. I made another rule for myself: don't bring your mobile phone to bed. It really works. I set the alarm clock of my mobile phone and put it on the table before going to bed. There is nothing to do after going to bed, so I have to have a good sleep. The most important thing is that I have been very energetic recently and my work efficiency has improved a lot.

How to strengthen the reasons for moving on?
Motivation varies from person to person, but it can be roughly divided into internal and external causes.
The understanding of external causes is relatively simple. For example, when we are encouraged to do something by others, we will be doubly encouraged and our motivation to continue will be enhanced.
I used to live in Hangzhou. When I was practicing running, I joined a running group. Members of the running group run by the West Lake every Wednesday and Saturday. The first time I ran 10 km, I ran into 1 hour. At that time, I was affirmed and encouraged by many runners in the running group, which strengthened my confidence in running.
So I trained more seriously, improved my running performance, and got the excellent result of completing 10 km in the next 49 minutes, as well as the whole horse later. This is an effective example of external power enhancing my running motivation.
Internal cause is much more complicated than external cause, but we can understand it this way: our motivation to do something is independent of external cause, and I will do it with or without external encouragement or stimulation. This is the internal cause.
For example, I want to write, no matter what others say about my article, I will continue to write, which is due to internal factors.
What is the internal cause of my writing?
There are two points in the last article: First, writing and outputting is a good way of forced learning. Second, writing output is a yardstick to test the quality of learning.
Recently, I also found that writing is an effective way to clear my mind.
When I turn on the computer and start writing, I don't necessarily know what I want to write, but in the process of writing, there will be a steady stream of ideas that make me more eager to write.
