I learned to cook when the dishes cooked by people around me were not delicious.

When I was looking for a job a few years ago, I always ate the company canteen, because I lived in a dormitory at that time, so this was acceptable. It was not until later that I rented it out. Because I was lazy, my neighbor's colleague said that I could cook, so I paid for the food and planned to eat it.

But after eating a few meals, I found that my colleagues said they could cook, but in fact they just made raw ingredients, and they didn't have any cooking skills at all, let alone reasonable side dishes. At that time, every green vegetable she cooked was boiled in water and then poured with soy sauce. Every time she cooks ribs, she puts water in them and cooks them for an hour. Then she put the chopped green onion in it. Every fish she cooks is steamed, and every egg is boiled. I can't take it anymore. I might as well eat in the cafeteria.

So I cooked a meal that my colleagues praised according to some side dishes, steps and seasoning methods that my dad cooked at home. Although the knife is not very good, at least the taste has left them several streets. So slowly they gave me the job of cooking, and I was willing to cook and eat every day in order not to wash the dishes. I did a lot later, plus my own genetic talent. I can also ask my father and brother to teach me remotely and gradually become a master in the eyes of others.

As my brother said, cooking is a process of learning to prepare dishes. As long as you know how to match them, a kitchen idiot can learn to cook in a short time. I belong to the crowd with more dishes, so when other people's dishes are not to my taste, I learned to cook conveniently.
