Tell me about your basketball growth story!

I am currently a sophomore, and I started playing basketball in the sixth grade of elementary school (not counting my seniors because of my friends’ discussions)

In elementary school, because I was not strong enough to shoot, I always held a urinal. It's normal to move and move, but no one committed a foul because everyone is moving and moving, so it's fair. My shooting percentage at that time was actually the highest I have ever hit today. Embarrassingly

In my first year of junior high school, my height increased to 1.77 meters, so I had an absolute advantage in playing basketball. I was very comfortable in the paint. With the improvement of my strength, I have learned to shoot and have a preliminary understanding of the rules. I can already play half-court games in a decent manner. His skills at the basket are still very rough and he is not very good at blocking half-shot baskets. However, since my peers have not yet begun to develop their bodies, I can defeat them with my physical strength. The first time I watched a basketball game was in the CBA. At that time, Jiangsu Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was still the ninth in a thousand years. It wasn’t until a coach named Qiu brought the twin-tower strategy that Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. began to rise. That year was so exciting! The first time I came into contact with the NBA happened to be the year when the Pistons won the championship, so I didn’t understand what kind of person Iverson was. Even now, some people say you don’t understand Iverson. You don’t understand. I didn’t watch the game when the answer was at its strongest, so I certainly don’t know. From then on I had my own idol, Dirk Nowitzki. (It seems that I have gradually moved closer to his style)

My first year of high school was my strongest year in basketball, but because everyone started to develop at that time, my body may not be able to take advantage. As a freshman in high school, I am 1.80 meters tall. I've already lost all my height. So I practiced shooting, and that year my jump shots from zero angles and from the free throw line were both accurate, about 60%. I just can't make shots at a 45-degree angle. Some people always say that the 45-degree angle is the best shot. I really can't understand it. . . As for why I practiced free throw line jump shots, it was because I wanted to practice free throws anyway. By practicing this way, I also practiced free throws. I was also good at positioning and rebounding under the basket, at least I was still a master at that time.

In the second year of high school, I grew to 1.83 meters, which can only be considered relatively tall. I played as a power forward for a while, but my skills did not change much. In the three-on-three competition in grade, our class was so fierce that there were four school team members ( I was one of them, but the other three happened to be better than me in their own positions, although I was more comprehensive than them.) So I was a substitute, and in the end our class won the championship.

The guard in our class left during the basketball game in the third year of high school, so I became a point guard. (Our class is so strong. If I were in any other class, I would be the absolute main center. It’s a pity that the number one center in the grade is in the same class as me.) I successfully defended the title without any suspense, because the defenders of other classes were finished when I attacked them, and they changed When the center came to guard me, I passed the ball to the big man, who was even more unguardable (laughing). I seemed to have won the scoring title.

After entering college, there are fewer games because many people want to play games and pick up women. But you can still take a shot once or twice a month. Now I am 1.85 meters tall and 170 pounds heavier (it has been between 140 and 150 for the past six years). I can no longer shoot from zero angles, and my mid-range shots are not as accurate as before. Basketball is now purely for entertainment and exercise.

I am just an amateur, so please forgive me if I am worse than the original poster. Please share your experiences with me! Quandang exchange and discussion
