Most farmers have poor housing conditions, inconvenient transportation and poor environment in the whole village, which makes it inconvenient for ordinary people to travel in rainy days.

Since the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", the Party Committee and government of Yangji Town have made great efforts to implement the strategy of ecological poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, integrated resources, and built the Chaohewan scenic spot named after the village around the overall goal of "prosperous industry, ecologically livable, civilized rural customs, effective governance and affluent life".
