I am born in the 1970s. After graduating from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1995, I lost all hearing due to physical reasons. I had no choice but to return to the small county in my hometown. Engage in construction work.

Due to work, I deal with houses all day long, so I am sensitive and interested in houses. I remember that I bought a house and a commercial building in 2004. At that time, the house price in our county was about 700. The total price of the building I bought and decoration was about 60,000.

Even so, it was still a very large expenditure for me, because my salary at that time was only more than 600 yuan and I had no savings. Looking back now, I missed a rare opportunity to make a fortune. It was very easy to get a loan at that time, especially for someone like me who had a public official position. However, I was not good at finance at that time and I was not willing to let the bank earn interest. .

Later on, house prices soared. If I had been willing to take out a loan, I could have bought a few houses. Then I made my first pot of gold. After that, I started to have a cycle of conscience. What a pity to think about it!

Later, I bought several more houses, all of which were purchased in full. Although the value of the houses increased, there were many problems: First, this is a county town, so the increase is naturally not as high as that of a big city; second, the value of the houses in the county town is second-hand. It is difficult to realize real estate because the market demand is too small and the population is showing signs of outflow.

I learned from this painful experience. In 2016, I bought a house in Harbin. Although it was an old house and the area was not large, it was for my daughter to go to school. It was very convenient and the value has appreciated a bit now. I think Much better than the county seat.

In 2018, I went to Daya Bay, Guangdong to buy a house again. This time I learned the lesson and started using a loan. In fact, I didn’t have the money to buy it in full. However, there were quite a lot of problems with the loan this time. The main reason was that the loan interest rate was too high, reaching 6.615. It can be said that I was standing guard at a high position. No matter what I did, I couldn't do it right. I sighed.

Looking at the lessons I have learned about buying a house in the past ten years, it can be said that it is quite painful. If I had made good use of my professional knowledge in architecture, I could have seized the wealth-making opportunities that the real estate market has taken off in the past ten years. Then, I now have at least tens of millions of assets. Unfortunately, although I had a premonition about the rise in housing prices, I was not good at financial skills, so I worked in small circles and ultimately missed the opportunity.
