Can travel really change people?

Travel will change people. Traveling alone leaves your living environment, your city and everything you are familiar with. You will feel lonely, and then you will soon start to adapt to the new life. Everything starts from scratch, you will learn to integrate into this society, you will build a new life track, you will deal with different people, and you will have many unique experiences.

Until you stand in the city center and see people passing by, everyone has a different world, and you own the whole world. Maybe you have a new world view from now on. It will make you bow your head proudly and raise your forehead with inferiority. Travel can make a person grow.

In my personal experience, travel can change a part of a person. Before traveling, I was still relatively self-abased and conservative, and my thoughts were sometimes confined to a small time and space, so it was difficult to get out.

After traveling, people become more open and confident because they see a wider sky, meet more different people and experience things that are difficult to experience in ordinary daily life, and it is easier to jump out of some limitations and think about things from a longer and wider time and space.

These changes have undoubtedly benefited me for life. But I can't attribute all the changes to travel, nor can I expect everyone to get the same changes.

When I travel, I have made a decision on the basis of thinking, so there is no escape and pursuit. I just want to go out and live a different life, so my attitude towards travel is just to live elsewhere.

In a word, I am still me, and the internal cause of change is also me, and the outside world only plays a supporting role. Therefore, whether travel can change a person depends on people, not travel. If people want to change, then everything can change TA, not just travel! If a person doesn't want to change, then nothing can make him change, including travel!
