As you can imagine, what you can't stand most about the opposite sex is that you often observe nausea. In normal life, if you have bad thoughts about the opposite sex, do this kind of introspection as soon as possible, or change your mind as soon as possible with the name of Buddha. Don't let this idea grow.

6. Stay away from all the contents of se, including websites, books, televisions, etc. Stay away from all possible environments, such as nightclubs, nightclubs and so on. Stay away from bad friends. Stay away from all dirty jokes and try not to open dirty jokes with female colleagues or girlfriends.

After a period of time, you will find that your desire will be greatly reduced, your body will be better and your heart will be clean. And if there is really no such desire, it is really comfortable.
