Economic internal circulation and urban pattern: Xiangyang, Linyi, Ganzhou and Handan are expected to rise.

"Economic internal circulation" is a popular economic vocabulary recently, and the key to understanding this word is "circulation".

Cycle means that things can return to the origin after running for one week, then run from the origin and then return to the origin. This endless periodic operation is a cycle.

There are four elements in the economic cycle: people, enterprises, goods (services) and money. Simple mode of economic cycle: 1. People work in enterprises to create goods (services); 2. Enterprises make profits by selling goods (services); 3. Enterprises pay salaries to people; 4. Economic internal circulation, that is, this periodic economic activity is carried out in China. Goods are produced by employees in China and sold to people in China, and China enterprises pay their employees in China with the money earned from Chinese.

There are two keys to economic internal circulation: 1, sufficient population; 2. The money earned by enterprises is mainly converted into the wages of employees. First, China has a population of 654.38+0.4 billion, and its consumption potential is endless. But we failed to do the second item. China's per capita GDP is as high as 70,892 yuan, but the per capita disposable income is only 30,733 yuan. Compared with GDP output, people's income is low, and the ratio of social benefits to people's income is too low. With low income, people have no money to spend, the goods produced by enterprises can't be sold, the benefits of enterprises are not good, and the income of employees is low, which eventually forms a vicious circle. Enterprises have no money, people have no money, and internal circulation cannot give full play to its role.

There are many reasons for the low income of employees: 1, enterprises have money, but they are unwilling to make it; 2. Tax balance between the state, enterprises and people; 3. Most rich people invest their money in real estate and finance instead of daily consumption, resulting in low social consumption, poor corporate efficiency and no money; Rich people go abroad to spend money, such as studying abroad, shopping, buying a house and having fun. Domestic money is spent abroad, and social interests flow abroad, resulting in blood loss in the internal circular economy.

If China's economic internal circulation wants to run steadily and strongly, it is necessary to solve the above four problems.

Some suggestions for this 15 city: 1, simplify investment procedures and processes, improve service awareness, provide tax, policy, land, financing and other concessions, and create a good business environment; 2. Actively attract investment from developed coastal areas, actively contact with export-oriented domestic manufacturing enterprises, and quickly undertake capacity transfer; 3. Speed up the training of vocational skills talents and provide high-quality industrial workers; 4. Accelerate the process of urbanization, improve people's income level, curb housing prices, promote consumption, and increase market scale.
