Ten thousand possibilities in life

? I often think that this universe is so complex, and the boundary of human cognition is like the edge of a grain of dust in the universe. Maybe there really is parallel time and space. Every time you make a decision, or every time you need to make a decision, you split into different time and space again. And what we perceive now is just one branch of it. This idea originally came from my thinking about death. I seriously imagined the changes in people when death comes. If they don't die, they will go to another time and space to continue living there. Or, I wonder if you have ever thought about it. If you die during the night and wake up the next day, will you be in another time and space?

? These random thoughts are no longer important, they are just my thoughts on the ten thousand possibilities in life. Realistically speaking, our previous choices have shaped who we are and our current lives. Buddhism pays attention to cause and effect, which is very reasonable. Of course, when I write this, I don’t want to write about any philosophy of life. In this book, I still want to write about some insights about life. I want to share with you about life from the people around me and what I have experienced. The Mai family recently published a novel called "The Sea of ??Life". This book is just about the various seas and seas of my life. I just write whatever comes to mind. I don’t know if I will type it again later.

? I have been working in an insurance company for almost 10 years. This year should be my last year, because I passed the judicial examination and am planning to change my career to become a lawyer. This boss is my fifth boss since I started working there. Insurance companies are like this. The top leaders are transferred from other places, which means we have to adapt to a new boss every two years. Our company's market share has basically remained unchanged despite the struggles of our five bosses. Good year and bad year, especially in a small city like ours, competition is even more fierce. Many times, what we strive for is not professionalism, but means. For a company like ours that is honestly known for its professionalism, it is difficult in small cities. I digress, what I want to say is that I am not very adaptable to my current boss, but I have to thank him. If it hadn't been for him, I wouldn't have suddenly seen the career path I was on. Nor will I be determined to study law on my own and take the judicial examination. It was him who forced me to make another choice in my life after weighing it up.

Speaking of bosses, I believe that many people’s first impression is not necessarily good. In such a fast-paced era, “boss” seems to symbolize oppression, exploitation, pua, etc. I feel that after so many years of contact with so many bosses, I have learned a lot from each one. The first boss taught me to be open-minded, the second taught me to study, the third taught me to employ people, the fourth taught me to be professional, and the fifth taught me to see the overall situation. Each of them has a different style, but their different styles do not affect their position as the top leader. What does this mean? To put it crudely, "the butt determines the head." Thinking further, it doesn’t matter who is in the company’s position. Things are moving forward bit by bit. Even if it stops, it is only in terms of share, but it has been developing in scale, but it is just slower or the same as others. That’s all. But since he is the number one, you have to think about why he is in this position and not you. You have to figure out what makes him stand out while you're still stuck and can't even see the future. I think for me, maybe it's a lack of courage and passion, and a lack of motivation. This is determined by your personality, but it is not inevitable. It also requires a little luck and opportunity, and you also need someone to push you at a critical moment. Speaking of which, if reaching the top position is considered a success, then it is indeed not something you can simply imitate. Individual success is often unreplicable, and this is a complex system. The chaotic system and environment ultimately resulted in him being the boss and you being the employee. What I can do is learn from their strengths and then use them on myself. I'm far from successful, but I believe there will be such a day, I always believe it.

The second boss is the vice president. I have worked with two vice presidents over the years, one of whom only lasted for half a year. I will not talk about it for the moment, but I mainly want to talk about Mr. W. This leader is my immediate boss, and I also want to thank him, because he taught me what society is. Although his methods and wisdom are sometimes outdated, most of them are still very effective. He is an old man who is about to retire, but he dresses very smartly, and his short hair has long become his unique symbol. Some people call him a genius, while others say he is an old ghost. He is respected in the company but has mixed reviews.

It took me 9 years to discover that he was actually a person who was indifferent to emotions, or in my opinion, he was someone who could pull away from himself at any time. He could jump out of the sky in an instant and everything had nothing to do with him. But in fact, he is the one in charge secretly. You can try to think about it, no matter who is the leader of the company, he is the iron-clad camp, and the leader is the casual soldier. Naturally, I have always been treated as an important chess piece under him. Of course, sometimes it depends on what you think, because when you are in it, it is a kind of reuse and authorization. I shouldn’t even write it out, but I just want to express what I think is the real side. It may not be very objective, but I try to restore it to the real side. (To be continued...)
