In fact, it seems now that running for 21 consecutive days is indeed unreasonable and unscientific. But sometimes people still need some chicken soup and self-challenge. The original intention of launching this activity was to force myself to complete the 10-kilometer challenge every day. Since so many people believed in me to join, it was impossible for me not to run. Fortunately, I managed to persevere for 21 days without any serious health problems.
