What you have is not necessarily the most important thing.

Every night, write down what you must do tomorrow, in order of importance.

Do the most important thing first the next day, and leave the rest alone. After the first thing is done, do the second thing, and so on.

In the evening, it doesn't matter if you haven't finished your list, because you have finished all the most important things, and the rest will be done tomorrow.

Time is always conserved. How to do more effective things in a limited time?

The answer is, always do important things that are not urgent.
