Tell me about my vision recovery experience.

Like many friends, I had to wear glasses from high school and for several years.

I still remember the first time my family took me to an optical shop to get glasses. One eye is 350 degrees and the other is 300 degrees. I'm a little squint. I felt a little dizzy when I tried on my glasses for the first time. The world was so clear and unbalanced. But I soon got used to wearing glasses everywhere. Why wear it instead of wearing it? First of all, I don't like the feeling of something on my nose. More importantly, I saw my seniors wearing glasses for a long time, and the muscles around their eyes were deformed. I don't want to be like that in the future. So I only wear glasses when I can't see the blackboard clearly in class and need to see the number of trains by car. Other times, I just take them with me in case I need them.

In short, I will never wear glasses when I can't, for fear that my eyes will be crushed and deformed. In this way, I entered the university from high school until I graduated from the university. I always wear glasses and never change them. Because I wear it for less time, many students don't know that I am actually nearsighted.

I remember when I first entered the university, my father asked me if I needed an operation, so I didn't have to wear glasses. At that time, I resolutely refused my father's kindness because I was worried that the operation might have bad side effects on my eyes. But also because of this, I began to pay attention to my vision problems. When I have time, I will study how to protect my eyesight. If I think the method is convenient to practice without any side effects, I will basically try it.

Time spent the graduation season in my intermittent tinkering. After graduation, I went to other places to find my high school classmates, and I accidentally lost my first pair of glasses that I had been carrying with me. Out of fear that I couldn't see the distance clearly without glasses, I went to the optical shop the next day and planned to match a new pair. To my surprise, after optometry, the clerk told me that my vision was 250 degrees of 200 degrees. It's one hundred degrees lower than before, which surprised me. Because I often watched computers during college, I was psychologically prepared and my eyes would rise, but I never thought it would be such a surprise. So, that day I was very happy to have a pair of beautiful frames and a pair of expensive lenses. The purple photo frame in my impression is so beautiful, perhaps because I have it for a short time, so I still remember it vividly.

Because less than 1 week after that, my glasses fell off while catching the bus. In a rage, I didn't get glasses right away, but I just went on like this. It was not until more than two months later that I planned to get a third pair of glasses. The loss of the second pair of glasses made my heart ache, so I decided to make do with a cheap pair of glasses. It occurred to me that I didn't wear so many glasses anyway, especially when the second pair fell off, which greatly reduced my dependence on glasses.

I didn't expect this optometry to shock me again. Because the clerk told me that I don't need glasses, and my eyes are only 100 150 degrees. I was really shocked at that time. I looked at the beauty who gave me an optometry with suspicion, and my expression revealed my doubt: "Beauty, are you really right?" . So the clerk in charge gave me another test, and I still didn't need to match the gentle advice.

But because of the safety of glasses, I still have a pair. But it turns out that I hardly used it later, and its existence only comforted me.

Many friends listened to my story and wondered if I was pseudomyopia. I really don't know this question. All I know is that after wearing glasses for several years, I magically no longer need their company. It feels so good, haha!

Now share my experience in eye care in college for several years. I don't know how to restore my eyesight, because I didn't record the effect of the exercise. So some methods may be effective, some may not be effective, or some may vary from person to person. But I will write everything I remember here for your reference.

Living habits.

Don't read books, don't look at your mobile phone while lying down.

When you look at something, you should consciously pay attention to the distance between yourself and the object you are looking at. Once you find it too close, you should open it quickly.

Eye drops are also my regular items. When I feel tired, I just drop a drop and close my eyes to have a rest.

And don't look at things in dim light.

Have time to do eye exercises.

Like doing eye exercises.

For example, after reading for a long time, go and see the green plants and the distance.

For example, roll your eyes 360 degrees if you have nothing to do.

There is also an exercise to adjust the focal length of the eyeball. Look at the distant scenery from the nearby objects first, and then slowly look back from a distance. Do more when you have time.

Finally, diet.

In those years, I checked many foods that are good for my eyes, and carrots are the first kind, which I believe many people know. In fact, I don't like carrots very much since I was a child, and I think they taste strange. But for the sake of my eyes, I began to force myself to eat carrots, basically at least twice a week. Then I got used to eating too much. Although I don't feel delicious now, I don't hate eating anymore.

Then there is medicated diet, such as steamed eggs with medlar, such as chrysanthemum porridge. Both are easy to do in the dormitory, and a rice cooker will do. Steamed eggs with medlar will be a little sweet, not bad. Chrysanthemum porridge doesn't taste very good, because chrysanthemums are a little bitter. So I will eat more steamed eggs with medlar.

Finally, scented tea. Drinking medlar chrysanthemum tea is also good for your eyesight. This has become my home-cooked tea.

Because nothing was recorded at that time, I can only sum up so much from memory now.

In fact, I think the most important thing is persistence. No matter what, it is impossible to get immediate results, and it took four years for my eyesight to recover. Now whenever I feel my eyesight is declining, I will eat more carrots and do more eye exercises. Last time I tested my eyesight, both eyes were 1.0. I think my eyesight is well protected now. Life is always full of hope, right?
