The specific method is as follows: add a little more oil, and when it is hot, green smoke will appear. Gently slide the green pepper into the pot, lower the temperature a little, and let the front and back of the green pepper be fully fried. Be careful to turn it gently to prevent one side from being burnt. Sprinkle with salt. When the green peppers are not burnt but feel oily, soft and fragrant, they are ready to serve.
4. Cold salad: very simple, suitable for those who are super good at eating peppers.
