Steps for installing a fan
For simple fan installation, take out the riser and base, insert the riser into the installation hole of the chassis, and tighten the nut at the bottom of the chassis.
Take out the lifting rod from the base pipe, tighten it firmly in the middle, and the base is installed (note: some fan lifting rods are inside the column).
Insert the mounting hole of the main engine head into the slot of the circular tube, and then tighten the fixing screw with a screwdriver.
Install the rear net cover into the main engine head and tighten it with the net cover cable nut.
Insert the fan blade into the motor shaft, and then tighten it with the fan blade nut (note: the fan blade nut is loosened clockwise, so don't twist it in the wrong direction, or it will explode).
Put the net into the rear net cover and then into the front net cover, and tighten the screws in the ring with a screwdriver.
Installation steps of large industrial fan:
1. According to the installation position (marked with lines), determine the installation pad and the installation pad, the two sides of the pad are equidistant, the pad is vertical to the installation beam, the top surface of the pad is close to the I-beam, the pressure plate is combined with the I-beam after installation, and the pad is fastened with M 16*70 high-strength bolts after leveling, and other fixed installation methods reach the same standard.
2. Install the host. The main fan is heavy, so don't care when installing it. Measured with a level, the installation verticality of the telescopic rod is 90 degrees. When the beam itself has a slope, its verticality can be adjusted through the half-moon bolt hole of the bottom plate and the lifting lug of the frame. When installing, the upper and lower planes of the main engine should be horizontal, so as to ensure the natural suspension of the fan body. Measure with a level, and then tighten all fasteners (4 groups of M 16 × 140 high-strength bolt groups), as shown in Figure 13. M 16×70 I-beam with high-strength bolts. The plates here need to be pressed on the I-beam. When the thickness is not suitable, other auxiliary plates need to be added to ensure the compression of all parts. Here, the bent part of the pressure plate needs to be pressed against the pad to avoid loosening.
3. Install safety rope and 6mm steel wire rope to bypass the workshop girder, connect the main fan with the girder, and then lock it with steel wire rope to strengthen safety protection.
4. Install the steel wire rope. First, determine the fixed position around the four steel wire zippers, move the lifting equipment to punch holes for positioning, and then start to fix the steel wire rope. The method is shown in figure 15. Pay attention to four extension rods M 16 × 140, high-strength bolts and φ 6 A steel wire rope of the main engine when fastening the steel wire. The steel wire directly connecting the main engine and the cross beam is moderate in length, equidistant, symmetrical and uniformly stressed. Tighten the four steel wires and adjust the fan hub to a horizontal position.
5. Don't scratch the surface of the host connection, cable installation and cable, and don't cut the copper wire when stripping. Connect the black thin wire of the grounding wire first, and then tie it with wrapping tape to ensure the safe operation of the product.
6. When installing the fan blades, two people should cooperate with each other. The fan blades are fixed by M 10×60 high-strength reaming bolts, and the fan blades are installed diagonally to ensure uniform stress. Do not scratch the surface of the fan blade to ensure fastening. After the fan blade is installed, the two wire ropes passing through the fan blade respectively pass through the corresponding eye bolt holes from bottom to top, and the ends of the two wire ropes are combined at the upper part of the petiole, locked and fixed with the corresponding wire ropes, and then the redundant wire ropes are cut off with wire rope scissors.
7. When installing the blade safety ring and the blade connecting plate, when the two connecting plates are butted, ensure that the word hole is at the bottom and the round hole is at the top. Install them with M8×70 high-strength bolts in turn, and then form a ring to connect all the blades.
