In this case, he deliberately finds fault with you, so you can only listen quietly.

Everyone has a problem. The more you talk back, the more you refute. The more the boss may say, the more unhappy you will feel and don't want to continue working. So at this time, you can only go in one ear and out the other. You can listen to what is useful, but it's useless. There is no need to listen to what is deliberately finding fault.

Don't take it seriously, don't take it to heart, just think of it as a dog barking. Generally, a normal boss will talk about you several times, and if you have a good attitude, you will not continue to talk about it. Maybe you will get out of the misery, but in case you talk more and ignore it, the more excited he is, then you can only continue to submit to humiliation.

Either you don't want to work in this place, or at the risk of being deducted from your salary, talk back and tell him not to waste the other person's working time (of course, not so directly, but euphemistically).
