China Bank Debit Card Replacement Regulations:

You can get the card after the business card is printed. You can get the card with your valid ID card, old card, system output voucher (non-prefabricated card) (customer receipt) and non-prefabricated IC card registration form. If a non-prefabricated card is reissued after loss reporting, an application for loss reporting by individual customers (customer receipt) shall also be provided. Card collection is not allowed.

Note: due to the card number change caused by the replacement of the prefabricated card, the personal online banking, mobile banking, SMS notification, treasury bonds, funds, third-party depository, bank transfer, stock depository, margin client, new foreign exchange depository and wealth management channels of the Bank will be automatically transferred. Changing the card number will not affect the above business, because the third-party payment contracts such as payroll agency, payment agency and Alipay are signed between you and external units, although changing to non-prefabricated cards can avoid changing the card number. It usually takes about 15-20 days, and the card can be sent to the card exchange network to get a new card. Please consult the Bank of China Branch for the specific time limit.
