Treading on thin ice: Beauty is a romantic and fantastic costume TV series, directed by Kyoo-tae Kim and starring LEE JOON GI, Jiang Hanzhu, IU and Jong-hyun Hong.

The drama tells the romantic love story between Shu Jie, a woman whose soul crossed to Korea in the 2nd/Kloc-0th century during the total solar eclipse, and Wang Zhao, the fourth prince, and the fierce struggle for imperial power in the Korean court.

The film was broadcast on August 29th, 20 16 on SBS TV in South Korea.

LEE JOON GI played Wang Zhao, the fourth son of Gao Taizu Wang Jian, and later became the fourth monarch of North Korea. Wang Zhao is called a "wolf dog" because he hides himself under a cold mask. It was not until he met Hai Xiu (iu) that he took off his mask and started a passionate relationship. Hai Xiu, played by IU, is a stubborn and tenacious woman.
