How to find a stable job?

This is actually a false proposition, because in this era, there is no such thing as a stable job. Although I have been hoping to find a stable job from my student days to a few years after I graduated from college, the reason behind it is actually very simple. Generally, one or two years after graduation, the mentality of looking for a job is that you will not take the initiative to think of the day you leave, and you have a strong sense of "stability";

Three years after graduation, I will become more and more professional. When you enter a company, your thoughts and ideas are very clear. What is the purpose of my coming, what is my need, and when I will leave, I will be more professional in this matter.

Back to what we call "stable jobs", it took me three years to understand that there is no stable job in this world. In a changing era, companies will close down, departments will merge, industries will change, and even changes related to you will happen around this moment, but you are unaware of it;

In recent years, I have met many people over 30 or even close to 40. It's just a man with a wife and a mortgage. In the most embarrassing crisis period, he will also face job-hopping or being "changed". Looking back at myself at this time, I am often glad that I am not in such an awkward position, reminding myself again that stability will be broken at any time;

How can we seek stability in this era?

1. If you find the right track and industry, the company will fall, but an industry and track are relatively stable. Find the right industry and accumulate in a track. Although the company has many uncertainties, it is stable.
