Zhuo Da's green prefabricated building (No.27, Binjiang Shengjing B District, Shijiazhuang Zhaoer Street Urban Village Reconstruction Business District) has been completed, and the original second phase project of Shijiazhuang has also been completed. A building is a green prefabricated building. I don't know which building it is because it has just started. It is currently under construction, and it just started when I went to see it in July. I don't know how it is built now. There are also prefabricated buildings under construction in Guang 'an, Sichuan, Loudi, Hunan, Ankang, Shaanxi and other places, mostly for the government to resettle affordable housing.

At present, prefabricated buildings are a trend. Regarding the development scale of prefabricated buildings, the Outline of Building Industrialization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development points out that by 2020, the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings will reach 20%, and by 2025, the proportion will reach more than 50%. At present, the proportion of prefabricated buildings is less than 5%. What can be achieved? As far as the current prefabricated buildings are concerned, there are many criticisms. In my opinion, it is more time-consuming to make concrete into PC boards for assembly, but the new material in Zhuo Da is made of construction waste and solid waste, not concrete. The promotion of personal feelings is still of great significance.

Let's talk about why we should vigorously promote the realization of a new material and technology.

The first is the interest relationship inside. If the new material can replace concrete, it will definitely attract the dissatisfaction of the cement industry leaders, and they will try their best to obstruct it. Secondly, the government will weigh the advantages and disadvantages so that traditional industries will not decline too fast, but now the construction of ecological civilization is the general trend. A few days ago, watching the clear sea water and lush mountains in the sixth episode of CCTV's "Carry the Reform to the End" is priceless wealth, which shows that the construction of ecological civilization is imperative. Cement industry, a high pollution and high emission industry, will also be gradually replaced.
