Students live on campus, and more than forty students sit together to study and play every day, which naturally becomes a group, which is formed consciously or unconsciously. I think a good class spirit first requires every member to have a strong sense of collective honor. So, what about the head teacher? I want to talk about my immature views. First, use class meetings and early self-study to educate students to love class groups. In the weekly class meeting and morning self-study, I will ask each student to talk about his performance in study, life and labor this week. Praise the children who do better. What has not been done enough should be pointed out so that it can be corrected. Through the class meeting, students know that they are part of the class and should care and cherish the collective. Second, actively cooperate with the development of school activities to enhance students' sense of collective honor. In this school year, the school has carried out a variety of activities. Such as "Celebrating the National Day Cultural Show", "Fun Track and Field Games", "Long-distance Running" and "Science and Technology Innovation Competition". These competitions not only enrich students' campus cultural life, but also stimulate students' sense of collective honor. In the activity, I used these potential mechanisms to successfully stimulate students' emotions. Before the activity, I gave them serious training to encourage them, so that they got a good ranking in the competition. Seeing their jubilation, we took the opportunity to educate them that they have won the honor collectively, and it is their pride to have their share. Let them know how to safeguard the collective honor. Third, division of labor and cooperation, cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation and sense of responsibility. The collective must first unite and coordinate. We should attach great importance to this rule in class construction. First of all, I start with work to cultivate students' spirit of unity and cooperation. Every time I am on duty in the class or clean myself, I will assign labor tasks in groups and categories. Every time a few students finish an assignment, I will check them one by one. At work, I pay attention to observe which group is doing well and fast. Praise them at the end of the labor and let them talk about how they did it. Then, the students all imitated it. In the end, everyone can do it quickly and well, and then I will extend this method to other places. In this way, students can not only cooperate with each other, but also increase their sense of responsibility. Fourth, in participating in class management, cultivate students' collectivism concept. Today, with the full implementation of quality education, class work should rely on democratic management to the maximum extent, and the class teacher should give full play to the enthusiasm of each student, so that everyone can display their talents, undergo training and grow their talents. In this way, students will gradually enhance their sense of responsibility as masters, know how to cherish the collective honor, care more actively and consciously about collective work in their usual words and deeds, and safeguard the collective interests. Set up a team leader on duty every day, and the team leader on duty will be produced from ordinary students, and the superiors will be eliminated and re-elected. This gives most students the opportunity to do things, display their talents and use management power. After a semester, students' ability has been enhanced and their grades have been improved. Fifth, cultivate students' collectivism concept in mutual assistance activities. Difficulties, setbacks and failures in life are inevitable. In a class group, there are always students who need help. The head teacher should seize the opportunity, mobilize everyone to contribute their sincerity, cultivate students' noble sentiments, and let students in difficulty feel the warmth of the collective family. In this world, feelings are always mutual and collectively loved. How can students not love their collective more? Sixth, to cultivate students' spirit of collectivism, we should reach an understanding with parents. First of all, we should tell our parents to ask their children to respect their parents at home and do some housework consciously. Secondly, we should correctly handle the contradictions and disputes with the children next door, not cover up our children's mistakes, teach children to live in harmony with the children next door, and let them know that they are not only a member of the family, but also a member of society. "Everyone gathers firewood and the flame is high." Only by paying attention to cultivating students' collectivism spirit from an early age can students overcome their bad ideas, cultivate the moral character of loving and caring for the collective in school, and love the motherland and people when they grow up. Through more than a year's class construction, students' collective concept has been enhanced, and they also know that they should win glory for the class collective and not do anything that harms the class honor. But in daily life, there are still some students who are not responsible enough. For example, students on duty are late for sweeping the floor, and branch representatives do not send and receive notebooks in time. This shows that students' awareness needs to be strengthened, which is where I will work hard in the future.
