Student: Have you ever encountered setbacks in the process of starting a business? How to face it?

Huang Ming: There will definitely be setbacks in the process of starting a business, and the bigger you do, the greater the setbacks. What should I do in the face of setbacks? Accept your fate! When I fell, I thought I should have fallen twice. How lucky! When I hit my eye playing football, I don't think I hit my head. How lucky I am! Never complain. If you don't think what happened is unlucky, it's not a thing! If you think you are unlucky and frustrated, then you will encounter more unlucky things and setbacks in the future.

Frustration is wealth to young people. We have not experienced too many setbacks, but too few. The biggest disaster that people encounter is that the sky is falling. There is an old saying in China that the sky is falling, and there is a great man holding it. On the other hand, big people can't take it, and no one can take it. Then all mankind is out of luck, and you are not the worst. Think about it, how many times luckier are you sitting in school now than those disabled people who have lost their health, those African refugees and those child workers who have been sold by black brick kilns? Change your mind and treat setbacks as wealth. With these mentality, what setbacks can overwhelm you? Student: When you encounter setbacks and troubles, what do you think of first?

Huang Ming: My first thought is my mother. When my mother was in her thirties, my father was paralyzed. When my grandmother was in her forties, she was very ill. She takes care of two patients and two underage children by herself and sends money to my uncle's house. How powerful is an ordinary woman? Today, I came a little late, just because I had dinner with her. Just now, I looked at her smiling face forever, and I felt that my mother carried all mankind and the greatest character and personality of women in China. In fact, all your mothers are like this. They have experienced setbacks and hardships that you can't imagine. They all survived. They are very complicated. So when you encounter difficulties, think about the open-minded, fearless and persistent mothers at home. Nothing can't be overcome.

Student: What conditions does a person need to prepare for success? What's your motivation?

Huang Ming: If I succeed, the reason for my success is that I don't want to succeed very much, and I don't want to succeed every day. What I think is: how can I do what I should do every day well?

In fact, everyone has dreams and wants to be better and stronger. When I was a child, I dreamed of becoming a scientist, a professor and an engineer who made airplanes. But my dream is just a dream, not a heartbreaking pressure. "I want to be rich, I want to be famous, I want this, I want that." The higher the desire, the more unlucky and fragile it is. Dreams are just dreams, dreams become beautiful, and failure is also the embellishment of life. I pursue my dream of becoming a scientist and a professor, but I have not become a scientist at the age of forty, so should I pull a long face every day? Never! I still continue to do what I should do, do today's things well, a little better than yesterday, and pay a return for my efforts. After thinking about this, suddenly one day, I found that I had realized my dream that I had given up, and the result was realized through accumulation: I was a visiting professor in many universities and was often invited to give lectures. I want to be a scientist, but I have become a leader of scientists, organizing them to carry out research and development of project topics ... As long as you have a balanced mentality, you will always be on the road to your dreams, but if you complain often, you will lose your thirst for knowledge and self-motivation, and as a result, you will be unable to do anything.

I have a theory that the beginning of life is based on sex. No one doesn't want to make progress. Once a person doesn't want to make progress, it is because he is discouraged and defeated by setbacks. Student: Have you ever thought of any great achievements before your success?

Huang Ming: When have I never succeeded? When I was in primary school, I succeeded by finishing the homework assigned by my teacher. I am a son, and I will do whatever my father tells me to do. When I was an apprentice, I took my apprentice three months later ... why didn't I succeed?

What is success? Everyone sets their own standards by social standards, and you become the slave of others. In fact, only when you succeed as a factory director can you succeed as a factory director, and only when you succeed as a factory director can you succeed as a general manager. Without the accumulation of small successes, how can there be great success? The former is unsuccessful, and the latter is the moon hanging in the sky.

Student: Do you have a dream? How to treat dreams?

Huang Ming: I once dreamed of becoming a scientist and a writer and wanted to go abroad. ...

Everyone has dreams, but success is not important. No one can make all his dreams come true, but we should keep this nature of dreaming and pursuing. When his dreams are shattered, he will have new dreams, and he will have dreams all his life, and he will continue to work hard in the process of pursuing his dreams.

To be a scientist's dream, I study math and physics hard and do experiments seriously; When I dreamed of becoming a professor, I began to practice "lip service" and tried to express my ideas accurately and accurately, hoping to be of practical value to others; Dreaming of going abroad, I began to learn English. The process of chasing dreams is beautiful, but one should not be too "serious" about his dreams, and what kind of goals must be achieved. If a person can't achieve these goals, that's all right. In the process of pursuing, I have accumulated experience: my foreign language level has improved, my mathematics and physics have improved, and I have read many famous books. Can you say that the basis of knowledge is not the psychological process in your beautiful life? If you have a dream in your life, pursue it, or give it up, then your life will be full, rich and gorgeous. Student: What is a person's most important quality? What is the most important quality of success?

Huang Ming: Success is the most important thing. Why are there so many successes? How fulfilling and quality you live a happy and stable life every day! What is quality? This is a feeling, a full and meaningful feeling. If you lose it and complain and regret all day, then you will miss yesterday and miss today. What tomorrow is there? If you keep your feet on the ground every day, you are successful.

Student: How to understand "Better to be a chicken head than a phoenix tail"?

Huang Ming: No matter whether a person is a tail or a leader, if he can't be a tail, he can't be a leader. There is a saying, "How can you sweep the world without sweeping a house?" Don't discuss this simple question at all. Everyone starts with a tail. When you are a little brother and sister, you are a tail behind your brother and sister. Being a student at school is the tail behind the teacher; When you enter the factory as an apprentice, you are the tail of your master. When you finally climb to the top and become a leader, only when you have a good tail will you be able to become a good leader. The reason is very simple, so many of us now understand the complicated truth in the world, but the simplest problems need to be discussed now.

Student: If you want to succeed, how can you be a good person? Is it easy to be a good person?

Huang Ming: It's easy to be a good person, but it's hard to be a good person! We often want to be good people, and no one wants to offend, but in the end everyone does. We often meet such people at work, and no one wants to offend the most people. Until he died, he didn't understand why.

When you are a good person, you should do it when you should, and be fair when you should be fair. In all fairness, good people think you are good, and bad people don't think you are bad. In fact, the bad guy has his own criteria for judging right and wrong, and he also wants to be a good guy. Because bad people are bad, they are more sensitive to things and understand better than good people. He knows very well whether you are a good man or not. Although sometimes the bad guy hates you for ruining his business, he actually respects you from the heart. In short, be a natural person if you want to succeed.
