There are other departments in the town, such as civil affairs office, family planning station, judicial office and urban construction station. Is actually under the control of the government. However, in these "other departments", it is likely that administrative personnel, the so-called civil servants, hold leading positions, and most of them are career establishment personnel.

In the grass-roots government, you are admitted to an ordinary clerk, so your work is very complicated and meticulous. You may have multiple positions, for example, you may be both a propaganda official and an organization official. In addition, the distribution and transfer of personnel in the government is very frequent. It can be said that "I am a brick of the revolution, and I will move wherever I need it". I can work without boundaries as long as necessary.

In the grass-roots government, there are possible things: following classes, shooting, writing propaganda articles, writing report materials, publicizing rural policies, building good relations with village cadres in rural areas, or personally urging or even collecting the new rural cooperative medical system or new rural insurance. Where roads need land, you have to mobilize the whole village. If there is any dispute that needs mediation, you may need to go with the village cadres. Party member's files in the town need you to sort out. The village has opened a general general party membership meeting as a staff member, and the town has also held a meeting. You are a staff member, too. Where there is a sudden group fight, it is necessary to maintain public order. There are traffic jams in the town during the peak season every year. You need to clear the traffic in batches and transform the urban and rural areas. You want to become a city manager and ask people from door to door to move things from the roadside back into the house. . Of course, in this case, the government has the right to allocate the manpower of all units in the town, including those in the business, so basically you won't do these things alone. Of course, the real work is more complicated than these, and the division of labor is not necessarily done by you.

When any state leader comes to visit this county, all of you must stand on your posts and pretend to be the masses to maintain public order, or you must clean it repeatedly in person before you can come, so as to ensure that the best side of the local area is displayed. The superior has department inspection guidance and needs to accompany the reception. There are many inspections in every department. You need to complete a lot of written materials, articles to write and forms to fill out. Occasionally need to go to the county to participate in any study and training, or go to a meeting or something.

Second, the county government. If you are lucky enough to enter the county government, most departments are mainly writing and sorting out written materials. Most of the other units are public institutions, and only some of the leading positions are administrative personnel, while others are not civil servants.

Third, if you take the examination of the public security law department, that is, the public security, procuratorate and court. These three departments are also civil servants. Needless to say, people in the public security department can know that the police may be assigned to the town, that is, the police station, which usually does household registration management and maintains public order.
